The choir tries simultaneously to build camaraderie between immigrants and people with deeper roots in Drammen and the region. The choir now has over 50 members and is chaired by Sven Jøran Michelsen (previously Oslo Gospel Choir, started Mosaic and The Gospel Art Group) and Trond Akerø-Kleven (a graduate of the Academy of Music and the Barratt Due Institute) as their pianist.

The choir show in practice what Drammen Sacred Music Festival holds as a vision: People from completely different parts of the world come together in the city and create something great. The choir has participated in the festival several times before, but this year they will perform an entire concert; the closing concert of the festival.
