Anand Raj Singh is originally from Berlin, and currently operates the Kundalini Yoga School in Oslo with his wife and partner Salil Gyanjot. He is a dedicated yoga teacher with great depth and a big heart for kundalini yoga.

Anand Raj Singh will hold a morning sadhana. This is practiced during the “The Ambrosial Hours” – the time before the sun rises, when the level of Prana (life energy) is high and our mind is still quiet and open to the subtleties of life before we get busy with our duties. The Sadhana follows a line given by Yogi Bajan. It contains three parts
and you can freely choose whether to participate in all or just parts of the program.

The Aquarian Sadhana lasts for 2,5 hours and consists of the following parts:
5:00 Reciting of Japji (a sacred text and mantra)
5:30 Yoga Kriya
6:30 Mantra sang (with live music)
